The first step in welcoming homeowners to our portfolio is an initial inquiry and conversation. After this exploratory call, we conduct further analysis to ensure the property is a good fit for our portfolio, and vice versa.

During this process, we ensure the home is fully stocked and has the right aesthetic to attract target guests. We will virtually inspect the property, suggest improvements, and offer interior design recommendations to help your property stand out from the crowd.

We go above and beyond by ensuring every detail of the property is guest-ready. Our services include third-party photography, guest books, listing across platforms and adding the owners as hosts to the listing.
